Let's hold a RALLY before attending the Boise City Council and Mayor Town Hall Meeting (https://www.livboise.org/liv-stories/2018/city-council-invites-residents-to-public-town-halls/ ).  The city is making an effort to come out from City Hall to the new Fire Station on Ustick.  Let's show up to politely describe our pressing concerns.  Those who sign up will have three minutes to speak, time permitting.  They have now asked that we don't speak about current development proposals, however.  Let's do as they ask, as there is plenty to talk about, and address our more general concerns about the impact of growth on traffic, schools, loss of farmland, quality of life, etc.
For those of us who want to let the city know about their concerns in a more visible way, including specific ongoing development proposals such as 'Prominence' on Hill Road Pkwy, we will hold a friendly rally outside starting at 6pm.  If there isn't enough room within the Fire Station for all those who show up, the rally will provide a way of making a statement regardless.  Come prepared with signs of your choice -- yard signs for No Rezone of Old Hill Road would certainly be appropriate.  NWNA will bring extra.
