Our neighborhood is currently facing the potential development of multiple new housing projects which, if approved, are expected to add nearly 1000 new households. That's a 150% increase of our current population of 2,054.

While we welcome the idea of responsible expansion that respects the plan created by current NWN residents,

we are opposed to rapid property development that occurs before adequate infrastructure is in place

(roads, schools, and emergency services).
