Prominence - CBH-Trilogy
Back in 2017, Corey Barton Homes obtained acreage that lies north and south of Hill Road Parkway between Bogart and Duncan with the plan to build apartments and townhomes. Since the area is currently zoned as R-1A, the developers requested a rezone to allow for higher density housing.
Despite two years of opposition from hundreds of citizens, the city granted their request. However, the NWNA felt that there were several procedural missteps that occurred during the city's handling of the rezone, so a lawyer has been hired and our case has been submitted to the district court for a judicial review.
